Dark Fibre

Unlit G.652D single-mode fibre in the Sofia metro today — reaching all data centres and business buildings across the city. Cross-border and national corridors are on our roadmap: Sofia–Kalotina in service mid-2027; Route A to Komotini in service Q1 2028. A second diverse route to the Greek border is under commercial negotiation. Onward reach to Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Marseille is partner-delivered from Kalotina once the corridor is live.

Key Features

Full Infrastructure Control

You own the light. Deploy your own DWDM, CWDM, or direct-attach optics. Upgrade capacity at any time without service provider involvement.

IRU & Long-Term Leases

Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) agreements from 10 to 25 years, or flexible shorter-term leases. Predictable CAPEX for network planning.

Route Diversity

Diverse routing available inside the Sofia metro today. On planned cross-border corridors a second diverse route to the Greek border is under commercial negotiation — timing on request.

Comprehensive Documentation

Full route maps, splice point documentation, fiber characterization reports, and OTDR test results provided at handover.

Colocation at Endpoints

Rack space and power available at fiber termination points. Cross-connect to your equipment in our carrier-neutral facilities.

Maintenance & Monitoring

Optional managed maintenance agreements with guaranteed repair times. 24/7 fiber monitoring and proactive fault detection.

Use Cases

Carrier Network Build

Foundation for carriers and ISPs building their own transport networks. Full control over capacity planning and technology evolution.

Campus & Metro Connectivity

High-capacity fiber links between campuses, office buildings, and data centers within metropolitan areas. Future-proof infrastructure investment.

5G & Edge Backhaul

High-density fiber for mobile operators deploying 5G base stations and edge computing nodes. Scalable fronthaul and backhaul infrastructure.
